Refund policy

At Happy Pet World, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Unopened and in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pet food and treats
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
